My Jawbone will not connect to my 5th gen ipod running ios 9.3.3 the jawbone connects to everything else but not my ipod.
Jawbone say it's the ipod and the bluetooth setting should be 4.0 but I cannot find the setting in my bluetooth setting if you see what I mean

Could it be that the Jawbone is try to connect to your other device and not the iPod?
The 5G iPod has Bluetooth 4.0 hardware, there is no setting.
Try turning off BT on all other nearby (within 10 meters) devices.

Anyway I have tried all the above still cannot get the Jawbone to connect.
Shame, I hate wearing those earbuds when I use the ipod for phone calls with SKYPE.
- Reset the Jawbone. Frequently that is done pressing the button to turn the device on but hole the Power button depressed until a light changes state.
- Go to an area outside that is far aware from other devices and try.
- Restore from backup. See:
